Define A Man.

He came with such power.

and left with no voice

I was left to suffer a choice.

He believed in such stories

that never came true.

And I owned the lies.

No virtue, no truth.

He spoke with wisdom

and taught me love.

His hands scathed from his years

and everyday his eyes grew indistinct.

I was left out.

Awaiting his demons to persuade.

He was a man of indecisions

and perfection I saw.

He was man enough to let me go,

weak to take me back.

Let me in, only to hide me away.

Independence never hurt so bad.

My betrayal took over

as I carried his blades.

He was bewitching-

purity layed among his sin.

He stole my life as his perfect planned robbery.

Devoured my mind,

made me incapable of leaving.

Suck of the image of his being.

He commited this crime,

Yet he is falling..

and leaving me behind..
